Chickoree Autocat!
I know I loved this as a kid, and used to draw the characters, but, for the life of me, I can't remember a damn thing about it !

Motor Mouses catchphrase
Typical cat and mouse cartoon with cars and motorcycles. Motor Mouse spoke with a southern accent and spoke the catchphrase "Chickoree Autocat" as the cat chased him arround the garage.
I really don't recall the catchphrase.
