Yeah Optimus Prime. The War in Pocket series are small palm size knockoff toys by a company called DX9.

Info from a friend at work who is a massive Transformers fan. He's a fountain of knowledge about the toys, comics etc. Even buys expensive 3rd party Transformers toys which his wife is not too happy about!
