It is an inflatable, I just noticed the valve where the spacemans mouth would be.

It looks like a containment suit for working in a hazardous environment. Theres probably a bigger valve at the back for an air line. Bill
You're right, it's a protective suit for atomic workers. Pressurized to keep dangerous dust out of a workers lungs. The hose attaches to the valve in front.
