It's Nikolaus day in parts of Europe so here's a festive scene at our daughter's house, the plastic Jolly Trolley, which trundles back and forth on a short piece of track. Very cute!
I have my father's old tin train set, from the 1920s, which used to run a circular track around the Christmas Tree, but alas, we have no place to show it off now. SFZ
I consider it something of a miracle that I managed to save this part of my father's childhood, and didn't sell it for peanuts somewhere along the way! SFZ
