That’s funny you mention the Christmas motif, as it was not conscious, but that cone-structure sure does look like a Christmas Tree, and I just decided to add a shining star for flavor! SFZ
A great scene, which could be re-created in model form with the Amoeba kit from Superior Plastics/Educational Products/Lindberg/Atlantis. The mountains in the background also remind me of the film, The Monolith Monsters.
