Blimey, I'm a sucker for character and premium rings like the beauty above.
It's a massive subject and I'm very much the beginner.
I think it started with watching Shazan! As a kid. Remember that?
Naturally most of the ring action was and is Stateside and here's a few tasty joblot morsels I've seen online.

Had the scorpion. The big red ones in the upper left look like Barnabas Collins' ring to me. I remember a "whizzing" ring I had that you blew on to make the noise. Also an orange plastic ring with a black bat that was popped onto the front. And then of course there was the mood ring phase.
