My Missus was returning home through a rain and hail shower, lower down the mountain. She said Trick or Treaters were active in OUR street! Now the rain and lightning (very very frightening) has climbed up to our level and I suspect the only trick or treaters we will see from now on, will be Creatures from the Black Lagoon!
How high is my Mountain? Katoomba, the "big" city in the middle of a National Park, is 1017 metres above sea level. Where we live, in Linden is halfway up at 526 m! It takes us about 20 minutes to drive up there, or down to Emu Plains at the foot of it!
