Ooooh! Maybe (if you had the room!) You could build a small vintage toy shop/shrine to display that wonderful collection! (Maybe something as simple as a period(ish) cabinet or display rack with your toys with their prices written in Shillings and pence on those little card tags with the bits of string!) When I was building my home cinema, I made the dispiriting mistake of Googling what other people had done. I found a basement cinema (obviously funded by a millionaire) who had an annexe which was an entire miniature street of shops filled with the toys and ephemera from the family's past life. Sadly I can't find a link to show you!
Ha ha, yep, sometimes it's best to just get on with it Looey I agree! My attic is a huge messy store room, where all these toys are in shopping bags mixed in with everything else. This summer I hope to get up there and put my collection in crates for safe storage. That would be a massive step forward for a messy person like me!
