This oddball appears to be a Tomy space toy that will be actually ...... sent to the Moon!
Its called the Sora-Q Flagship.
With a rather clunky wobbly motion, it seems to be able to wiggle across a dusty surface like the Moon's.

It reminds me of the Slither Zoid robot toy from the 1980s, which were also made by Tomy.

DeleteYou'd think with Tomys Zoid background,they could have come up with a more efficient locomotion. That thing would take years to cross a lunar plain and have zero chance of climbing any kind of gradient! They shound have sent the Giant Zrk!
