Just read that A.P. Films & Century 21 special effects director, Shaun Whittacker-Cook, sometimes credited as Shaun Whittaker-Cook, who worked on Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, The Secret Service and UFO, has sadly passed away aged 85.
