Well LIFT OFF With AYSHEA is almost as rare as Selection Boxes when googling for footage. Here's the one YT clip I could find of Ayshea presenting her show and the Sweet back in the early 1970's. Now, just need to find my old tank top and have a dance!

I loved Lift off and Sweet (still do, a very underrated rock band because of the bubblegum image). Anyone remember the hand puppet on the early ones, I think it was an owl. I seem to think it was the same bloke who voiced Basil Brush - or am I just dazed and confused : /
