Hi Toad, instructions coming up a bit later, yet unfortunately only in Swedish! On the corner of the leaflet there is the item # plus marking "schwed.", which makes me think of (Eastern) Germany, Spika and the likes. Otherwise the box comes with no stated manufacturer, copyright or country of origin.
Thank you, Arto! Much appreciated. Maybe bablefish can translate it for us? At this point I'm guessing that on each player's turn, she or he moves their spaceship towards the goal, and uses the silver figure to hinder another player. But that is purely guessing. Logic dictates that one should not multiply unknowns when seeking an answer ... hee hee.
Hey! That's Tobor:

Arto ... are you able to show the playing instructions for the Astronaut game?
