That's the problem with modern toys in that they're not easily fixed. I bought one of the smaller Infrared controlled movie Daleks from an NEC Memoribillia, got it home, and it worked for ten minutes. I did ring Product Enterprise about it, and they said they were out of stock of that type, however they were kind enough to send me a large R/C TV Dalek FOC which I was more than happy with. Initially, our cats were terrified of the mechanical menace. Sadly, something malfunctioned and he refused to move. I'm not sure if it was a design flaw, or if the cats were behind it... or perhaps I was guilty of just playing it to death. I still think there's something very addictive and very satisfying about the RC Dalek. Hats off to you Scoop, for owning and enjoying a wonderful toy.Tony Knoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-53021386238887044762017-01-05T20:34:16.275+00:002017-01-05T20:34:16.275+00:00Like you, Tony I loved the Product Enterprise toys...Like you, Tony I loved the Product Enterprise toys and models. As you say their Dalek range was huge. I've got the 4 larger Movie Daleks too, which are really nice but a bit big to display. I get them out occasionally and have them whizz round the floor, shouting lines from the film as they go. The thing about those is the Flying Saucer controller. I've got some pics of that that I'll repost. Personally, I like both movies, but for different reasons. I've a positive bias towards the 1960s cinema Daleks, and also early '60s TV Daleks. The 'Invasion' micro movie Daleks tick all boxes for me, and are some of my own faves from the Product Enterprise range.Tony Knoreply@blogger.com
