They were glue pot nozzles, they came with the ribbing!

Beautiful kevin. Fantastic work. I don't know how you do it! Would you say that it is SWORD toy scale?

Thanks. I'm not sure of the scale. Judging by the pilot windows, I would say this was a much larger vehicle than the Spacex Hawk or the Sword Re-entry Task Force craft or even the Space Glider. Maybe more Probe Force2 size or larger? Not as big as Zero X though.

Meant to ask kev - whats the type of orange paint? Is it a car spray?

It's model spray paint, humbrol orange, sprayed over white primer.
