Too right. Just been watching the news, they really are having a terrible time. God willing hope things get back to normal asap .
Here's a survivor!I'm from May's Landing NJ.Sandy passed straight over us . the eye of the storm was downright peaceful,then all Hellbroke loose!Happy to report that my yard is allcleaned up and ready for Halloween!
Just checking in to say hello -- I was without power until Saturday morning, then it took a bit longer for net access and television and phone services to be restored. Since then I've been trying to get caught up with everything I missed during the week. I've only just seen this post now!
Some of my friends and neighbors took a much worse hit during the hurricane and floods than I did, so I'd feel pretty low to complain at this stage. Everything's nearly back to normal for me; no cause for concern here.
Glad you guys have come through the storm relatively unscathed. Good to have you back! Here's to peaceful remainder of the year. I'll drink to that!
