is the download process straightforward Ed ?
I found it very easy to do last time; just click on the link and select the show/date and it runs. At first it seems there is something wrong with the sound, but then I remember your accents (just kidding, you both sound great)
Once I figured out the site the download went pretty well. Sometimes I'm just a little slow at things :-)
