Red Squares

Continuing the stamp/post card theme, here's two from cyberspace kindly sent in by Andy B. I wonder if the space programs of the US and Russia still feature on their Post? I suspect that India and China will feature increasingly more space-themed stamps as they develop as cosmic powers.

Yeah, I get the impression from looking at some Chinese space travel-themed posters that their space stamps and postcards will be interesting to see...

Fabulous Richard! Such optimism in those posters! I wonder of the Chinese land on Mars before anyone else? They seem to have the money and the science now. I've just thought, will this blog be visible in China with the internet restrictions there?

They may reach Mars first...but at least they'll still need us to heat up their cocoa and open a package of biscuits and maybe even put a bandage on an ouchie.

(N.B.: yes, I realize how that comment sounds if one hasn't looked at the link I provided, so please everyone look at that link before sending me complaints!)
