Sat'day Night and I'm watching telly again! Silver Surfer followed by the seminal 1989 Batman. TV Heaven! I'm also relaxing doing a bit of photoshoppery [Paint to be exact] once more. This time I've messed up the bandai SKY SHIP box to create a custom SWORDised version plus a group fantasy shot. I do love this toy but alas, only from afar, as I don't have one myself. It reminds me totally of the blue plastic of the Century 21 Dyna Soar, Nuclear Ferry and especially the Zero-X. And like the OX it was the star of a Thunderbirds movie. If anyone has both the OX and the Sky Ship 1 and would be photograph the toys together it would make a superb study shot for the blog! Remember that the box above is a fan-produced mock-up for mine and your pleasure only and not to be taken seriously!

It certainly is a lovely looking toy. I don't recall that version ( l've seen pictures of the Imai kit ) Was this a kit or ready made?
