What is this from? And is that a robot in the forward-most seat?
Interesting that the rear landing gear are "shoes" (for want of a better word .... help me out here, guys). Similar concept to that of Thunderbird 1, although the specific design is different.

Are there real aircraft with the "shoes" (or whatever the technical term is)? If there are, do those craft have a mixture of such and forward-wheels?
