ITV Saturday mornings 1982(?) Starfleet blew my mind when characters in a kids tv show actually died. Loved it. TBirds 2086 was Thursdays on the BBC after school around 1983 I think? Watched it because of the name but nowhere near as good as the 'real' puppet show. Poor animation and a silly idea calling all the vehicles Thunderbirds. Launch Thunderbird 16. Eh? Still bought the annual for Christmas though. Starfleet is available on DVD at the moment.
