I was thrilled when blog reader Ron sent me these pages from Popular Mechanics July 1968. Most exciting was the brilliant X-24 cover illustrated by the late Ed Valigursky, an image completely new to me and reminiscent of the SWORD Space Glider! Perfect for the Sword Summer. Marvellous! Anybody else got any interesting Popular mechanics covers and/or articles?
