Oh, so it wasn't that 1973 prog rock rips a big hole in your belly. Sigh. And I was so close ^_^
You got it Ed! Well done. I wonder of there were Giger fans before Alien? I seem to remember a piccy inside the LP of a Gigerized lady rather like his later Sil, the alien succubus in the film Species, which Wikipedia also describes as similar to a 'vandella'. Wow! Gives a whole new meaning to Martha and the Vandella's 'Nowhere to run'! The question remains as to whether succubi are vampires or vice-versa?
..and the art is missing!

Alien has been in my top three favourite films for the last 30 years and over that time I have learnt quite a bit about the film and Giger, all interesting stuff.
He is set to involved with the design of the two new Alien films too so that is good news!
